  • Please make sure to include the Make/Model of your EyeLink system you're having issues with in your post. Also, if you're having problems with a specific piece of hardware, please include the serial number on the SR Research (made in Canada) sticker attached to that particular piece of hardware or simply include the 5 character serial number from the camera so we can look up the history of your hardware.
